Testing procedure:
Incoming inspection: For the materials purchased from other suppliers, we must get the material certificate from them, and do analysis by SGS periodically to check the actual elements content.
Self checking: Every day the worker should make only 10pcs when starting the machine, if the parts are OK, and then continue production. If not, the engineer needs to adjust the machine again. During the production, the worker should self check the dimensions every seveal mins (depending on actual products).
In process checking: there will be an in process inspector making rounds of the workshop and check the parts every 1h.
Final checking: when the parts are finished, we do 100% checking of critical dimensions and spot checking for normal dimensions according to actual requirements.
Spot inspection before shipping by Customer:sometimes, customer has their own inspection agent to check the goods before shipping.
